BRUCE ALLEN TILTON, 75, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at Valley Hospice Care Center North. Bruce was born on July 21, 1947, in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late William and Pansy (Newton) Tilton. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by an aunt, Hyacinth Newton.
