DANIEL LEE FINELL SR., 87, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at his residence with his family by his side and with the assistance of Valley Hospice. Dan was born on May 3, 1936 in McMechen, WV. He was the son of the late Frank Daniel Finell and Charlotte Mae (Dean) Finell.
