JANICE KAY DeLONG SMITH, 84, of Pittsburgh, PA formerly of Weirton, WV passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, following a brief battle with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, with her loving son, Bobby by her side.
