SANDRA JEAN CASHDOLLAR PLANTS, 66, of Wellsburg, WV passed away peacefully at home June 19, 2023. Sandy was born October 14, 1956, in Weirton, WV to the late Edward and Alma Gallagher Cashdollar. Sandy retired as a Registered Nurse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Rodger Plants Sr (2015), and one son Rodger Plants Jr. (1999). Sandy is survived by her two sons, Phillip “Larry” Cooper and Lisa of Stanley, NC, and Christopher Holden and Danielle of Sterling, OK; three sisters: Donna Paukovich and Peter of Louisville, KY, Barbara Barkley and Vern of Weirton, WV, and Debra Waddell and Robert of Ft. Mill, SC; and two granddaughters, Mackenzie and Cambree Holden. A memorial service was held Friday, June 23, 2023 until the time of the service, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg.
