ROBERT F. MILLER, 52, of Wellsburg, WV passed away July 11, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV. He was born June 21, 1971, to the late James L. and Margaret A. Willis Miller. He is survived by his two sons, John and Robert Miller; a daughter, Emily Miller of Benwood, WV formerly of Wellsburg, WV; two brothers, Donald A. Willis (Donna) of Wellsburg, WV and James L. Miller (Tina); a sister, Patricia Willis; and a grandson, Beau Salisbury. Rob was a handy man and an avid hunter and fisherman. Visitation was held on Friday, July 14, 2023 until the time of the service, with Elder Joy Leasure officiating, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution can be made to the funeral home to off set funeral cost.
