JOSEPH MICHAEL GREEN, 38, of Weirton, WV, a loving father and son, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, July 20, 2023. He was born on September 3, 1984, in Steubenville, a son of Ronald E and Kathy (Shields) Green Lipscomb. Joe graduated from Weir High School in 2003 and was previously employed for ISG and Kalkreuth Roofing. In his spare time, Joe enjoyed hunting and fishing around the Ohio Valley, his most enjoyable fishing hole was Kings Creek. Joe would take his son JoJo and his dog Mitzy along periodically for a most memorable day out. Joe, along with his mother Kathy were avid Cleveland Brown fans, not very popular amongst the family, nonetheless, it made for some interesting circumstances come game day. Above anything else in the world, Joe loved his son, JoJo, he will be sadly missed by his mother Kathy, and his extended family. Joe was preceded in death by his father Ronald E. Lipscomb. Left to cherish his memory is his mother Kathy Lipscomb, son Joseph A. Green, brother Dennis Green, all of Weirton, sisters Mary Jean ( Mark) Mooney of Newport News, VA., and Samantha (Josh) McFadden of Kingsport, TN., and faithful companion, Mitzy.
