State Revenue Secretary Dave Hardy is encouraging state taxpayers to not pay all of their personal property tax bill at once this year.
Those tax tickets, including ones for Brooke County residents, are starting to come in the mail to residents across the state. The tickets are the ones that list personal property taxes including the annual tax on automobiles.
