David Michael Hill, 46, of Wellsburg, is facing 25-75 years in prison after pleading guilty to five counts of incest.
That sentence is part of a plea agreement Hill made with prosecutors to avoid a sentence of 100-200 years.
The agreement also dismisses five counts of second-degree sexual assault and sexual abuse by a custodian.
