PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 5th, 2023, at 9:15 a.m. a preliminary hearing will be held for JOHN CLARK AND RACHEL CLARK, biological parents of A.C. The petitioner alleges, among other things, that health and welfare of A.C., is harmed or threatened by a present refusal, failure or inability of JOHN CLARK AND RACHEL CLARK, to supply the child with necessary food, clothing, shelter, supervision, medical care or education, and that they have abandoned their child.
It is ORDERED that a preliminary hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia on September 5th, 2023, at 9:15a.m. and that JOHN CLARK AND RACHEL CLARK appear to object or raise any defenses. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of JOHN CLARK AND RACHEL CLARK.
