JOSEPH KOSUT, 83, of Weirton, WV was reunited with his wife of 56 years on Thursday, August 3, 2023, under the care of Valley Hospice. Joe was born March 21, 1940, in Weirton. He was a Christian by faith. Life member of the Colliers Sportsman’s Club. He will be missed by his friends and family.
