MICHAEL FRANKLIN ENSMINGER, SR., 68, of Stanley, NC formerly of Wellsburg, WV passed away August 5, 2023, at Lake Norman Regional Hospital, Mooresville, NC. He was born May 20, 1955, in Steubenville, OH to Leroy Mack and Dora Lee Lamp Ensminger/Barr. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother Larry Ensminger. He is survived by his mother, Dora Lee Lamp Ensminger; his wife, Crystal Dell Lancaster Ensminger at home; four sons: Michael David Ensminger of Wellsburg, WV, Brian Michael Ensminger of Graffney, SC, Michael Franklin Ensminger Jr., and Branden Justen Ensminger both of Wellsburg; three step daughters: Melissa McLaughlin, Stephanie Long and Tori Narigon all of Wellsburg; three brothers: Eddy Ensminger (Vicki), Wayne Ensminger (LuAnn) both of Follansbee, WV, and Scott Ensminger (Michelle) of Colliers, WV; two sisters: Myra Porter (Robert) of Wentzville, MO and Denise Hendrickson (John) of Wellsburg; and eleven grandchildren. Visitation was held on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg. Funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Friday, August 11, 2023, at 11 a.m., with Pastor Josh Green officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee.
