ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to seek compensation from the Defendants for injuries Plaintiff sustained as a result of the Defendants’ failure to exercise proper control and supervision over their dog pursuant to West Virginia law, including but not limited to West Virginia Code 19-20-13.
TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that on June 28, 2023, the Plaintiff filed the above-entitled cause; and that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to serve copies of the Summons and Complaint on Michael R. Dinsel and Genevieve Rose Dinsel without effect; and it is hereby ORDERED that the Defendants serve upon the Plaintiff’s attorney, Daniel J. Guida, Esq., Guida Law Offices, PLLC, 3374 Main Street, Weirton, WV 26062, an Answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days after first publication hereof. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you fro relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of the said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office. It is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for three (3) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Brooke County, West Virginia.
