LINDA LEE NICHOLSON, 75, of New Cumberland, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at Trinity West in Steubenville, OH. Linda was born on August 18, 1947, in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late Stanley Peppler and Betty (Woods) Bywaters. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Nicholson and a brother, Stanley Peppler. Linda was Lutheran by faith. She worked and retired from Marsh Bellafram Corporation where she was a factory worker. Linda is survived by three children: Bobbi (Jason) Ludwig and George Nicholson both of VanVleck, TX, and Henry “Hank” Nicholson of New Cumberland, WV; two grandsons who were the light of her life, Leland and Brock; seven siblings: Susan Peppler, Deanie Dunham, Chuck (Leona) Kline, Carol (Charlie) Posey, Peggy (Walter) Taylor, Lori Kline, Daniel Kline; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. There was no visitation. All services and inurnment were held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were under the direction of the Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee.
