The Weirton Senior Citizens Center, located at 3425 Main St., will hold its monthly bake sale, rummage sale and puzzle/book sale Wednesday, Aug. 30, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Its monthly dance will take place Thursday, Sept. 7, from 6-8:30 p.m.. Both events will take place at the center.
The cost to attend the dance is a $5 donation at the door. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish to share. The center will furnish hot dogs, punch and dessert. Jack Thomas will play the keyboard and sing. For information, call the center at 304.748.3490.
