JACK L. BROWN, 76, of Weirton, WV passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at the Weirton Medical Center. He was born in Cadiz, OH., on March 10, 1947, a son of Robert Brown and Jessie (Dovie) Marshall and stepfather Frank Marshall.
