Lloyd Now Indicted, Held Pending Trial on Variety of Charges

On Hardy Carroll Lloyd, 45, of Follansbee, appeared before U. S. Magistrate Judge James P. Mazzone last week for an arraignment and detention hearing.
Following his indictment on charges related to a federal hate crimes trial in Pittsburgh, he was ordered detained.
