MARK “HANDS” ALLEN MCGOWAN, 61, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at his residence. Mark was born on April 28, 1962 in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of Marjorie Grace (Bayless) McGowan of Wellsburg, WV and the late Daniel Edward McGowan. Mark retired after 20 years of service to the Brooke County Board of Education as a Custodian.
