SONDRA LEE “SANDY” MANKOWSKI-MYERS, 82, of Weirton, WV passed away Saturday, September 30, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. She was born July 6, 1941 in Steubenville, daughter of the late John and Josephine Masiak Mankowski.
