Hammond PSD is accepting sealed bids for a 2019 Coleman, 550cc UTV, operated 72 hours. Sold as is. All sales final. Minimum starting bid is $3,000.00. The final sale will be at the discretion of the Hammond Board of Directors. UTV can be seen at 954 Elk’d Rd, Wellsburg, WV, Mon-Fri, 8 am to 3 pm
