LEROY HOLLADAY, 74, of Wellsburg, WV passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh, PA. Leroy was born on July 16, 1949, in Bonham, TX, a son of the late Arnie and Alma (West) Holladay.
