THOMAS EDWARD MOFFIT, 69, of Colliers, WV, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Thomas was born on November 8, 1953 in Webster Springs, WV. He was the son of the late Gerald “Jerry” Moffit and Goldie Edna (Skeens) Moffit. Thomas graduated from Rayen High School, Youngstown, OH.
