LYNN MARIE DONELL DULANEY, 67, of Weirton, WV, a beloved daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 13, 2023. She was born on July 23, 1956, to the late Donald R. and Joan Bush Donell. A homemaker, Lynn was an alumna of the University of Dayton; she went on to become a registered Dietician and Nutritionist. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert A. Donell. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Phillip Dulaney, whom she married on December 19, 1980. Lynn is also survived by her two sons, Aidan (Darcy) Dulaney and Ethan Dulaney. Her heart swelled with pride and love for her granddaughter, Lilly Blankenship, who was truly the light of her eye. A private Mass of Christian Burial was held at Saint Joseph the Worker Church, with Rev. Fr. Tony Thurston presiding. Interment followed at Saint Paul’s Cemetery, Weirton.
