WILLIAM DAVID ALMASY, 88, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, with his family by his side. Born on April 13, 1935, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late William W. and Mary (Barsnick) Almasy.
