PUBLIC NOTICE

The Brooke County Commission, in association with the Brooke County Sheriff’s Office, is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the sheriff office’s crime scene truck.
It is a 2005 Chevy Kodiak 4×4 vehicle with only 3,451 miles. This vehicle is a great command vehicle and comes with a walk-in rear area for command purposes as well as more storage than you need.
The vehicle will be available for inspection on November 1, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at 105 Mac Barnes Dr., Wellsburg, WV.
Please have sealed bids into the county clerk’s office no later than 10 a.m. November 7, 2023. Mark the envelope “Crime Scene Vehicle”. The Clerk’s Office address is 201 Courthouse Sq., Wellsburg, WV 26070.
Bids will be opened at the November 7, 2023 commission meeting.
