LEORA P. BAILEY, 83, of Weirton, WV, passed Monday, October 16, 2023 at Stonerise Healthcare Center in Wellsburg. She was born June 17, 1940 in Pine Grove, WV, daughter of the late James and Hilda Utt Kiger. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Kenneth Lee Bailey, Sr. (2014); 2 brothers, 2 sisters and grandchild, Braelynn Bailey. Leora was a past member of Colliers Way Church of Christ. In her free time, Leora loved gardening with her husband. She is survived by daughters, Lena Renee Hill (Steve) and Tracey Elo (Eric); son, Kenneth Bailey, Jr.; grandchildren, Christopher Hill (Nicolette), Brennan Bailey (Victoria) and Brittany Bailey; great-grandchildren, Lowry Hill, Aiden Bailey and Iris Bailey. Visitation was held Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Steel and Wolfe Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Weirton, where the service was held Thursday, October 19, 2023, with Evangelist Tom Derby presiding.
