VERLA BLANCHE PRICE GRANT, 87, of Jewitt, OH passed away October 22, 2023, at Liza’s Place Wheeling, WV. Verla was born May 13, 1936, in Mannington, WV to the late Paul B. and Ida M. Newbrough Stewart. Verla was a school teacher for Brooke and Marion counties for many years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry E.
