Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of November, 2023, at 11:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Penny Lee Richard will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Penny Lee Richard to Penny Lee Staffileno, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
