GLEN HAROLD CLIFTON, 69, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. Glen was born on November 20, 1953, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Clarence and Louise (Wood) Clifton.
