KAY LAVUGHN CRAWFORD CHASE, 83, of Follansbee, WV passed away November 7, 2023, at Brightwood Center, Follansbee. She was born May 24, 1940, in Wheeling, WV to the late Bernard and Junelda Churchman Crawford.
