JACK LEROY BLAKE, 86, of Wellsburg, WV passed away November 14, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born February 1, 1937, in New Martinsville, WV to the late William “Ester” and Mae Zetta Butler Blake.
