TIFFANY ANN PRATT, 33, of Wellsburg, WV passed away November 16, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV. She was born August 25, 1990, in Weirton, WV to Robin Pratt. She is survived by her sister, Tabatha Owings (Wayne) of Beckley, WV; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 until the time of the service, with Pastor Larry Wallbrown officiating, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg.
