Howard Stanley Sapp

HOWARD STANLEY SAPP, 85, of Colliers, WV passed away November 24, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV. He was born September 12, 1938, in Uniontown, WV to the late Edward and Zana Ardella Hostuttler Sapp. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Della Mae Howe Sapp; two daughters, Carolyn and Donna Jean Sapp; and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his son, Randy Sapp of Colliers, WV; three grandchildren: Warren Brown (Jennifer), Elizabeth and Latoya Moss; and several great and great-great grandchildren.
