TO: THOMAS GUERKINK and JOHN DOE, putative fathers of B.M.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on 25th day of January, 2024, at 10:15 a.m., a hearing will be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia, at which time and Adjudicatory and Dispositional Hearing will take place wherein the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources will seek to adjudicate THOMAS GUERKINK and JOHN DOE as abusing parents and subsequently seek termination of their parental rights.
It is ORDERED that THOMAS GUERKINK and JOHN DOE appear to object or make other defenses to the adjudication and termination of parental rights requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental rights of THOMAS GUERKINK and JOHN DOE.
