Charles Allen Sands

CHARLES ALLEN SANDS, 60, of Follansbee, WV, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at his residence. Charles was born on March 15, 1963 in Follansbee, WV. He was the son of the late James Harry Sands and Dorothy Lee (Swiger) Sands. Charles worked at the former Anchor Room, Follansbee, WV and later a Security Guard for Follansbee Steel. Many will remember Charles for his enjoyment of Model Cars and being a huge KISS Fan. Charles is survived by his seven siblings: Sharon Ford, Rhonda Shaffer, James Sands and his wife, Kathy, Debbie Sands, Brian Sands and his wife, Laurie, Diane Sands and Joey Huff; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The James Funeral Home of Follansbee, was honored and privileged to serve the Sand’s Family with a private cremation.
