HELEN J. TATE, 86, of Weirton, WV, passed Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center. She was born December 14, 1936 in Weirton, daughter of the late Grace Amos States. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald Lee Tate (2015). Helen worked for years as an administrator in the finance office of Hancock County School Board.
