Carol Ann Drelick

CAROL ANN DRELICK, 72, of Weirton a beloved daughter, sister, and aunt, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Born on July 19, 1951, in Weirton, WV, Carol Ann was the eldest of two children born to Frederick J. and Margaret Helen Oleska Drelick. Carol Ann’s journey began in Weirton, WV, where she would go on to graduate from Weir High School in 1968. Eager to pursue her education further, she attended Steubenville Business College. She nourished her faith as a parishioner of Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church in Weirton. Carol Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick J. and Margaret Helen Oleska Drelick, and her dear Aunt Elizabeth Oleska, who was not only a beloved aunt but also her closest friend. She is survived by her brother, Bobby Drelick, and his wife, Lorraine; her nieces, Julie and Shaun Saurborn, Janice and William Robinette, Johnna Drelick and her fiancé, Zack Weaver; as well as her great nephews, Kyson, Jaxson, and Landon. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Weirton. Following the Mass, she was laid to rest at Saint Paul’s Cemetery.
