ULAH JOSEPHINE “JOSIE” ZUCOSKY, 95, of Weirton, WV passed away Friday, December 22, 2023 at Weirton Geriatric Center. She was born May 31, 1928 in Doddridge County, WV, daughter of the late George and Goldie Blake Kelley. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Alexander J.
