JOANNE BARKHURST, 80, of New Cumberland, WV died Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born July 9, 1943 in Steubenville, OH, the daughter of the late Walter and Helen (Swearingen) Markle.
