ESTHER MAE ROCINI, 90, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at home with her family by her side. Esther was born on May 11, 1933, in Wellsburg, WV, a daughter of the late Owen Dean and Arizona (Gillette) DeGarmo.
