JEANNE ANN BAKER, 75, of Weirton, WV, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at the Weirton Medical Center. She was born on August 19, 1948, in Weirton, WV, the youngest of four children born to Fred and Florence Allen Campbell. Jeanne graduated in 1966 from Weir High School.
