MARY BRADY VANMETER, 85, of Bethany, WV passed away January 23, 2024, at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born January 16, 1939, in Wellsburg, WV to the late Charles Edward and Naomi McDonald Brady. Mary retired from Bethany College. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, James VanMeter, who passed in 2021 and her son, Thomas VanMeter, who passed in 2023, a brother Charles “Sonny”, and two sister Stella and Dorothy. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Wise (Roy) of Claysville, PA; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. A private interment took place at the convenience of the family.
