Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of February, 2024, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Jubilee Prosser will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s child or ward’s name from Cora Elizabeth White to Cora Elizabeth Prosser, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
