HUGH “HUGGIE” HENRY TUSTIN, JR., 80, of Colliers, WV, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024 at his residence with his wife and daughter at his side with the assistance of Valley Hospice. Hugh was born on January 3, 1944 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was the son of the late Hugh Henry Tustin Sr. and Ethel (Estvan) Tustin Kahlbaugh. Hugh worked for many years at Pori International. Many will remember him for his love of hunting, golfing and always maintaining and walking on the Panhandle Trail. In addition to his parents, Hugh was preceded in death by his step father, William “Dobey” Kahlbaugh, two siblings, Rita Curtis and Donald Tustin. Hugh is survived by his wife of 55 years, Betty (Mellon) Tustin of Colliers, WV; a daughter, Susan Davis and her husband, Randy of New Cumberland, WV; granddaughter, Shelby VanDyke; two great granddaughters, Adelynn and Calli-Ann; three siblings: Mary Tustin, Dale Tustin and his wife, Debbie and Terry Bowers and her husband, John; seven nieces; six nephews; and his fur-buddie, Dusty. Family and friends were received on Saturday, February 3, 2024 until the time of the funeral service, at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee. Interment was held privately at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee.
