CHERYL ANN ROSSO, 80, of Follansbee, WV, a loving wife, mother, and grandma died peacefully on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at Weirton Medical Center. She was born on December 3, 1943, in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Charles “Chuck” and Jane (Shipley) Sinovcic.
