Frank W. “Bill” Giebell

FRANK W. “BILL” GIEBELL, 74, of Weirton, WV, passed away peacefully Monday, February 5, 2024 at UPMC Mercy Hospital, surrounded by his children. He was born October 12, 1949 in Steubenville, OH, and was the son of the late Frank and Ada “Peaches” Keiffer Giebell.
