JAMES E. KINNEY, 85, of Wellsburg, WV passed away February 10, 2024, at Wyngate, Weirton, WV. Jim was born February 6, 1939, in Woodsfield, OH, to the late Harry Kinney, and Doris Truax Keylor. Jim retired from American Airlines and was Navy and Air Force veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Kinney, who passed in 2015, and a brother John Kinney. He is survived by his sister, Linda Wirick, and several nieces and nephews. Private burial services took place at Franklin Cemetery, Wellsburg.
