“Bearer of the Morning” is a 54-minute documentary highlighting Te Ata’s extraordinary life as a Chickasaw woman. Her talent and passion opened the eyes and hearts of the world to first American culture. The documentary details how she transcended cultural ad racial barriers to create a lasting legacy during a career that spanned more than 60 years.
