SHANNAN RAE (PUSTOVARH) ADAMS, 55, of Chester, WV, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at UPMC Magee Womens Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. Shannan was born on January 15, 1969 in Steubenville, OH. She was the daughter of Stanley “Sunny” Pustovarh of Calcutta, OH and the late Patricia (Heath) Pustovarh. Shannan worked as a registered nurse for nearly 21 years. Many will remember attending church at the East Liverpool Church of Christ and for always reading. In addition to her father, Shannan is survived by her two children, Anthony Pustovarh and his wife, Kristy of Jumping Branch, WV and Michael Adams and his companion, Breanna of Chester, WV; three grandchildren, Alexander, Ava and Aubree Pustovarh; and a brother, Michael Pustovarh of Weirton, WV. A Private Graveside Service was held at St. John Cemetery Haven of Rest Cemetery, Colliers. The James Funeral Home of Follansbee, was honored and privileged to serve the Adams Family.
