PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 7th, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. a preliminary hearing will be held for JEREMY HOIT and KAYLA REDMOND, biological parents of A.H. and S.H. regarding a child abuse and neglect petition filed on or about March 18th, 2024.
It is ORDERED that a preliminary hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 620 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia on May 7th, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. and that JEREMY HOIT and KAYLA REDMOND appear to object or raise any defenses. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of JEREMY HOIT and KAYLA REDMOND.
