This action styled Susan Diane Mains and Sandy Lee Wsyatcki v. Lonnie F. Blake, Lonnie V. Blake, The Estate of Carrie R. Blake, SWN Production Company, LLC, Equinor USA Onshore Properties, Inc., Jamestown Resources, LLC, John Doe, Jane Doe, The Pittsburgh Opera and Huntington Disease Society of America, is brought for the purpose of a partition of certain property by sale or public auction, as described in the Complaint for Partition and Damages and the Amended Complaint for Partition and Damages, pursuant to WV Code 37-4-1.
A copy of the Complaint for Partition and Damages and the Amended Complaint for Partition and Damages can be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Brooke County, West Virginia and/or from Tiffany M. Arbaugh, Esq. or Timothy M. Miller, Esq., attorneys for Defendant SWN Production Company, LLC, located at 300 Summers Street, Truist Square, Suite 1000, Charleston, WV 25301. Huntington Disease Society of America, an unknown, missing or abandoning owner, must respond to the Amended Complaint for Partition and Damages and make itself known to the Plaintiff on or before May 19, 2024, or action may be taken by the Court in accordance with the law.
